- ➤ Kentucky Proud runs Virtual Spring CSA Week through Friday to connect local residents with over 66 farms offering fresh shares of vegetables, fruits, eggs and meats (including herbs and flowers) as a boost to local agriculture. Kentucky Today
- ➤ Cinderella's Closet of Central Kentucky is hosting its 2026 season from March (10 to 14) at Memorial Baptist Church in Frankfort. Volunteers for roles such as fairy godmother will attend training at 6 p.m. on March 9, and donations or T-shirt orders are accepted before the events. The State Journal

- ➤ ExxonMobil and ACP Technology cut the ribbon Tuesday in Ashland to open a pilot facility that will produce a new carbon-based material for lithium-ion batteries — honoring local innovator Donald P. Malone and creating over 20 new jobs. WKYT

- ➤ The Kentucky Historical Society is offering free school field trips through July under the Elizabeth Lloyd Jones Student Scholarship Fund & will launch the Revolution to Statehood exhibit in late April as part of America 250 celebrations. - ➤ Gov. Beshear announced his book 'Go and Do Likewise' on Monday, Feb. 18, where he explains how his faith shapes his life. Pre-orders are available and the book will go on sale Sep. 22—readers can follow its release to see how its message may unite the community. WKYT
- ➤ Motorists in Franklin County should expect left lane closures on I-64 between mile markers 53 — 58 from 7 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday and from 7 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday as crews clean storm drains for roadway improvements. The State Journal
- ➤ Local leaders from government and schools met at Tuesday's State of the Community Breakfast in the Brown-Forman Room at the Kentucky History Center.
