On Sunday, dozens of USPS workers gathered at the state capitol to protest plans that may privatize the Postal Service — Ron Osborne, a longtime letter carrier, warned that the proposed changes could raise prices, reduce mail delivery in rural areas, and risk veterans' benefits.

Kentucky State Police announced the graduation of 17 telecommunicators from its Telecommunications Academy on March 23 and stated that the new graduates will be assigned to 10 posts statewide to support emergency dispatch—each having completed 160 hours of training in areas such as legal liability, emergency operations and responder safety. This move aims to strengthen public safety communication across the state.

Kentucky Wildcats returned to Lexington Sunday night after their win over Illinois when their plane landed at Blue Grass Airport just past midnight — local fans welcomed the team as they advanced to the Sweet 16.

They will face Tennessee at Lucas Oil Stadium on March 28.
