The Rotary Club of Frankfort is offering $2,000 scholarships for graduating high school seniors in the area.
🏛️ Government
Kentucky started a new graduated driver licensing program for teen drivers 15 to 17 to lower crashes — system upgrades for 15-year-old applications will be ready next week.
Parents must sign the license application and teens must finish 60 hours of practice driving, including 10 hours at night, before they can earn a full license.
