  • New Harvest Assembly of God in Frankfort is giving out water, food and cleaning supplies to flood victims today from 2 to 4 p.m.—the church partnered with Convoy of Hope after early April floods raised the Kentucky River to its second-highest crest on record. The effort aims to help residents recover from the damage and rebuild their lives.  FOX 56
  • A record $117,935 was raised for Kevin’s Kids when a ceremonial check was presented at the annual concert on Saturday night.  92.7 The Wave
  • Thai Smile gave away 500 meals on Saturday morning to community members affected by flooding — the event, known as the Frankfort Community Blessing Event, drew long lines. The restaurant will close Monday for Thai New Year celebrations.  FOX 56
  • Matthew 25 Ministries in partnership with Walmart is offering Tide Loads of Hope, a free laundry service for flood victims at Frankfort's Walmart Supercenter (on Leonardwood Dr.) as part of disaster relief efforts. The service remains open (until Monday, April 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to help residents affected by the floods.  WKYT
