- ➤ ROSM was awarded a $50K grant from the Frankfort/Franklin County Flood Relief Fund earlier this week by the Franklin County Community Fund at Blue Grass Community Foundation to support local flood recovery efforts. The State Journal
- ➤ Just weeks ago, the Kentucky River rose to near record levels in Franklin County, causing heavy floods and a cleanup that may take months. A $50,000 grant from The Franklin County Community Fund—a joint effort by local leaders—was given to the Resource Office for Social Ministries to help those affected and support long-term recovery.
