- ➤ Family, friends and community gathered in Frankfort on Friday to say goodbye to Kentucky National Guard soldiers from Detachment 1 (Charlie Company, 2-238th MEDEVAC) who are heading overseas to do medical evacuations in Europe for Operation Joint Guardian. The troops trained over a year and helped during past emergencies like floods and work in Afghanistan, and they will return home when their mission is complete. WKYT
- ➤ The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet warned Kentuckians about fraudulent text messages that mimic tolling agencies and include links that look like the KYTC licensing website—do not click these links and contact your bank if you shared personal information.
