- ➤ Developers announced that two new restaurants, a drink stop, and another Zaxby’s will join The Paddocks of Frankfort on U.S. 127 South near Interstate 64, adding McAlister’s Deli, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Swig Drinks along with plans for a mixed-use national partner in the back 40 acres (currently under construction). - ➤ Bridgeport Elementary’s fifth-grader Ryker Hall was recognized as WesBanco Student of the Week and Student Champion of the Month for April by Franklin County Schools — his awards highlight his academic effort, compassion, and commitment to a respectful, inclusive school environment. - ➤ State officials will begin the Click It or Ticket enforcement campaign on May 11 to remind residents to buckle up and keep children in proper car seats, with over 120 law enforcement agencies airing PSAs during Memorial Day weekend. Kentucky Today
