Scott County Judge Executive Joe Pat Covington said the county’s inclusion on a federal list of sanctuary jurisdictions is a mistake and that officials are working with DHS to have it removed+ the list released Thursday names Campbell, Franklin, Jefferson counties and Louisville following an executive order signed on April 28.
