Franklin County High School students Kittie Perkins and Michaela Hogan earned third-place awards in KET’s Young Writers’ Contest on Thursday, June 11, competing in high school poetry and illustrated story categories among 1,491 entries, with more than 50 winners selected for the annual competition.
