- ➤ Franklin County deputies are asking for help finding missing teen Jeremiah Cole 16 who was last seen near Preston Way in Frankfort on Aug 1 and is described as 6 ft 1 in and 140 pounds with brown hair who may be wearing glasses, while anyone with information is urged to contact FCSO dispatch or send a tip via Facebook Messenger. - ➤ Kentucky Power today announced new energy efficiency programs for residential and commercial customers in its 20-county service area to reduce electric bills—EnergyAdvantage at Home and EnergyAdvantage for Business now accept applications after approval by the Kentucky Public Service Commission while the Targeted Energy Efficiency program expands with additional DOE support to address home safety and structural issues.
