- ➤ State Senator Max Wise updated lawmakers on key issues during the 2025 Interim Session, noting an investigation into driver licensing fraud led by Attorney General Russell Coleman and State Auditor Allison Ball—steps meant to restore trust in state services. - ➤ Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman joined a bipartisan coalition of 37 state attorneys general in a letter urging Instagram to strengthen its location privacy settings to protect vulnerable users—especially children and domestic abuse survivors—from predators who could misuse the new map feature.
