Attorney General Russell Coleman said TeraWulf’s planned data center near Ashland could help offset costs for a new cooling tower at the Mitchell coal plant in West Virginia.

The project will make the data center one of Kentucky Power’s largest customers + help ease a $191 million expense for customers.
