Yes Arts will host a gallery reception on Sept.
18 from 5-8 p.m. showcasing Don Blue’s stained glass work 'Opalescence' and quilts by the Central Kentucky Homemakers’ Quilt Guild at 317 W. Second St (live auction proceeds will support Yes Arts programs).

Gov. Andy Beshear (the governor) urged Kentucky small businesses to apply for a tax credit aimed at rewarding job creation and community investment, and eligible companies should review program details to secure potential benefits.
🏈 Sports
Franklin County’s football team recorded its first win of the season with a 56-13 victory over Pleasure Ridge Park Friday at Benny Watkins Field.
Coach Eddie James said the team is getting better as it prepares to face Lexington Christian on Friday.
