- ➤ The Capital City Activity Center will host a weeklong series from Sept. 29 to Oct. 3 that offers daily activities such as billiards, reflexology, exercise classes, health checks, and social gatherings like free food Friday and a magical market — all planned by Meals on Wheels Greater Frankfort to provide varied options for local residents.
