Kentucky flower farmers are offering fresh local bouquets for Valentine's Day by selling blooms from farms like Wild Roots in Harrodsburg through the Kentucky Flower Market, so shoppers support domestic growers+ enjoy longer-lasting florals.

On Saturday, the Kiwanis Club of Frankfort will host its Valentine’s Day pancake breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Franklin County High School cafeteria with Traditional Bank as title sponsor + proceeds benefiting local children and youth programs.
