A few miles from the worst flood damage in Frankfort, a team of GLOW Project volunteers is preparing for a drive tomorrow to collect cleaning supplies, diapers, formula, toiletries and clothing for affected neighbors.

Project leader Heather Mammen—a flood victim whose house is eight feet underwater and who started the project in memory of her daughter—is also inviting locals to volunteer time and offer monetary support to lower health risks.
