At Keeneland, live music, a hat contest and wagering with $10 admission start at 10 a.m., while Downtown Frankfort holds a celebration at 9:30 a.m. with bluegrass and cocktails; Lexington schedules Disney on Ice at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
