Kentucky Dance Academy announced a Bourbon Tango class starting Oct 17 with sessions on Oct 17, Oct 24, Nov 7, Nov 14, Nov 21, and Dec 5 at 5:30 p.m. at its location (316 Wapping St.).

Frankfort's Autumn Wardlow, Emily Miklavcic and Emma Johnson were named to the 41st District girls soccer all-tournament team along with Western Hills' Ella Martin and Great Crossing players Bailey Maxwell, Kaylee Tyson, Julia Baker and Kendall Crump—who earned tournament MVP honors—while players from Frankfort Christian Academy and Franklin County were not pictured.

Frankfort’s girls soccer team scored early and beat The Frankfort Christian Academy 4-1 in the district tournament semifinals, with key goals by Emma Johnson, Autumn Wardlow, and Kaleigh Curry — they later lost 5-0 to Great Crossing in the championship game.

Frankfort soccer players Kaleb Tracy, Phillip Kittrell and Stephane Bebe made the 41st District all-tournament team, with Bebe earning tournament MVP honors — the team also includes players from Western Hills, Franklin County and Great Crossing.
